What is a 1Self 24h store?
A convenience store open 24 hours with no staff: three XL multi-product modules, enclosure and signage with your brand. The customer buys on the screen or from their phone and pays by card, mobile or cash.
What exactly does the pack include?
Installation up to 8 m², enclosures and storeroom door, 3 coin + 3 note acceptors, cameras, uNobo Connect Start forever, on-site technical service, 24-month parts warranty, custom setup and programming, and the design of your store: module layout, signage with your brand and enclosure look.
What do I get when I configure my store?
A 16-page proposal guide in your name, not a quote: your configuration line by line with price and terms, how a 24h store works, the monthly costs to keep in mind, an example 60-month instalment, the daily sales that cover them depending on your starting point, the technical sheet of each machine, uNobo Connect and SofIA, and the full terms with the warranty. It reaches your email in a few minutes.
Is it a franchise? Are there fees or royalties?
No. The store is yours and carries your brand. There is no entry fee, no royalties and no purchasing exclusivity: you choose the range and the prices.
What space and installation do I need?
Up to 8 m² for the base store: a 3.1 m frontage (three 1.04 m modules plus the enclosure), 2.1 m clear height, a 230 V earthed socket and street-level access. Each machine you add takes 1.2 m² more (the pizzeria, 4 m²) and adds one coin and one note acceptor. Everything is confirmed at the site survey, before manufacturing.
What if it breaks down?
SofIA answers 24/7 on every tier and solves most incidents remotely. If needed, a human technician connects remotely and, as a last resort, an on-site visit, always quoted beforehand. When the part is simple, the part travels, not the technician.
How long does it take once I accept?
60 calendar days from the moment the prior obligations are met: the first 50 % on acceptance and the site survey. Administration timings do not depend on us and are not part of the deadline.
Can it be financed?
We do not finance or decide on approval: we give you the terms of the uRetail-BBVA agreement (renting at a fixed 4.70 % TIN; loan and leasing at Euribor + 1 %, variable) and the pro forma for your bank, and you can finance with any other. The example instalment in the proposal is indicative and subject to the bank's assessment.
Can I handle the opening paperwork myself?
Yes. You can handle it yourself or with your advisor. If you prefer to delegate it, add it for €2,800 + VAT: responsible declaration, works permit, first-year multi-risk policy and replies to the town hall's requests. Municipal fees and adaptation works are separate.
Do you install outside Alicante?
We install and service all 50 provinces and the 2 autonomous cities of Spain. Support is remote 24/7 and the technician goes wherever your store is. The showroom is in Alicante, and we can also show you the whole store by video call.
